Passing – Thread Passing


Rajon Rondo shows you how to develop your passing, thread passing a variety of passes through chairs or similar objects to work on precision and movement.

Through this drill you can work on your regular bounce pass, behind the back pass (once you’ve perfected the regular bounce pass) and the spinning bounce pass (which delivers the ball at an angle).  The aim of this drill is to perfect technique on the bounce pass as you improve your pass precision on the move.  Ideally you’ll do this drill with a workout partner, but you can also use a wall as your pass partner if you are working out alone.
