Develop Your Game: Elbow Shooting Drill

New York Knicks shooting guard, JR Smith, takes you through his dynamic shooting workout. Everything from the correct shooting form to being able to hit shots off of screens.

This is a basic drill that you can incorporate into your workout with a partner, or alone.  If doing this drill alone, instead of catching the pass from your workout partner, simply toss the ball back to yourself off the cut, step into your shot, release, rebound and repeat.
