Better ball handling ability will help your game no matter what level you play on, or what position. Good handle allows you to move freely on court and attack defenders in a variety of ways, creating opportunities for both yourself and team mates.
Use this section to improve your handle – a gym is great if you can get it, but all you really need is a ball and some open space.
There’s no reason for any player not to have good ball handling ability as it is ultimately down to your work ethic and dedication to master this skill. If you put the time in, you’ll be rewarded with complete control of the ball every time you step on the court – a skill rated highly amongst coaches and team mates while feared by your opposition.
