Develop Your Game: Pin Down Shooting Drill

This shooting drill ideally requires 2 people, but if you are working out alone, you can replace the passer by throwing the ball off a gym wall and still making the full curl or cut off the chair/obstacle.  If you have no wall, you can spin the ball back to yourself on a self-pass and shorten the distance of your cut/curl.  As long as you have a ball and a hoop, you can find a way to get it done…
